We recently had the opportunity to take on a unique challenge with a new build site in a busy city centre; Zenn Liverpool. This site had been disused for several years due to the difficulties involved in adding levels and services to a local authority-owned building. Our team at SO Associates was determined to create an innovative solution to bring this building back to life and create a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

From the ground up, we tackled this project with a fresh perspective, starting with a thorough analysis of the site's challenges and opportunities. We were faced with the challenge of incorporating modern services and technology into an older building while meeting the demands of a busy urban setting.
